Many times people think they are using their Fitbit correctly but they might be wearing the wrong wrist. You wear a Fitbit on your left wrist if you are right-handed and on your right wrist if you are left-handed. Sometimes Fitbit alert users don’t receive their daily reminder emails or they see a large number of notifications which implies that they are receiving a large amount of daily reminders. Remember to give us some time to process the alert before sending a new reminder email. If you’re having issues with your Fitbit, please try checking the following solution suggestions:

1: Open any other browser window and go to https://www.fitbit.com/support/ . Click on Manage Devices and scroll down to Fitbit devices . If the Fitbit device that is causing the issue is listed, click on it to display its details. If a green dot appears by Device Status , this means that all alerts are currently working and no action is needed.
2: Make sure your device is synced with your phone. For instructions, please see How Do I Sync My Fitbit Device? .
3: If you’re using an Android phone, make sure you are using at least version 5 of the Fitbit app for Android.
4: If you’re using an iPhone, make sure you are using at least version 4.5 of the Fitbit app for iPhone.
5: Make sure that we have your correct email address and phone number in your account to ensure that notifications reach you via text message or email. If they do not, please update this information by going to https://www.fitbit.com/my-profile .
6: If you set up a silent alarm to wake you up, but don’t hear the alarm going off in the morning, please review the following information for troubleshooting steps.
7: If notifications are not working on your iPhone or Android device, please check if your phone’s notifications are disabled by doing the following steps. For iOS users:
Go to Settings > Notifications > Fitbit . Turn Override Do Not Disturb On to “on.
For Android users:
Go to Settings > Sound & Notification > Fitbit. Turn Override Do Not Disturb On to “on.
